# Fitness & Transformation

I'll make this exceedingly short. 

On the 9th July, I turned 37\. In November 2023 (when I was 35 obviously) I was pretty overweight and just really started out at the gym (ok a couple of months in) with no real direction to what I should be doing. Just a little over 18 months and I'm now a totally different person appearance wise. Very please with myself.

For other people looking in, I don't diet, I should, but I still have trouble controlling my eating habits but it does show with sheer determination you can achieve something. 

Now only if I can noticed by women....
